The residents of Río Blanco, a town sustained by strawberry farming, have reluctantly accepted that Moroccan seasonal workers settle in Fuensanta, an abandoned village. However, tensions arise as they try to coexist. Sonia (Michelle Jenner), a leader of an NGO focused on integration, is well aware of the challenges. So is Father Ángel (Darío Grandinetti), the local priest, and even Safir (Younes Bouab), the imam.

But none of them could have imagined that beneath Fuensanta’s foundations lies something capable of unleashing their worst nightmares—ancient pain and primal fear. It doesn’t matter what you believe… or whom you pray to.
